We will deepen our understanding of yogic breathing techniques intended to improve vitality for ourselves and others.
Each class offers the following elements:
· Gentle warm ups
· Basic yogic breathing and relaxation techniques
· An invitation to set a personal intention for the week
· An invitation to send good thoughts and vibrations out to the world.
Class video and audio recordings will be made and available for practice. Participants are encouraged to refrain from eating a meal at least one hour prior to the class. We will stand to do some warm ups, sit upright for the breathing exercises and lie down for the relaxation. Recommended: straight back chair and space to warm up and/or yoga mat and cushion.
Robert Moses is a yogi with 45+ years of teaching experience and a deep understanding of the neurological processes associated with yogic breathing. His extended bio can be found here.
