Modern life is full of external voices telling us which paths to take to achieve success and happiness. This can be very distracting, and we may find ourselves distanced from our own sense of who we are and how we wish to shine in the world. This workshop, led by Yale Hindu chaplain Dr. Asha Shipman, will offer an opportunity to peek within through a guided pranayama (yogic breathing) exercise, some light journaling and sharing.
This event is free and open to the Yale Community. Register at this link.
Chai and light snacks will be available.
Please arrive on time as this workshop involves paired interaction.
