The first speaker in the GU HSA Navarātri series is Hetal Vasavada. Hetal was a contestant on season 6 of Masterchef. Following the show, Hetal has started a blog called Milk & Cardamom and has recently published her first cookbook filled with recipes inspired by Indian cooking.
