Saraswati, as the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, arts, and science, is our patron deity at Yale. We worship Her in the beginning and at the end of each semester.
Join us for a Saraswati Puja and the Hindu Life community’s opportunity to offer a warm welcome to our incoming Yale College Class of ‘28 and G&P students + Postdocs. Hosted by the Hindu Students Organization and Hindu Life at Yale.
A 40-minute worship service followed by a catered vegetarian Indian dinner. The puja is led by the HSO board members, you are welcome to chant along using the printed puja program.
