We are looking forward to hosting the 13th annual Diwali Puja on October 16…but we rely on volunteers to help make the event possible.
How can you help? We need volunteers to do the following:
* Make a flower garland for our MahaLakshmi murti
* Decorate the dining area of the Omni Ballroom by placing doilies, peacock feathers, diyas and votive candles on the tables.
* Check in guests for the event **.
* Pack up table top décor at the end of the night and loading into cars & carts to transport back to Prayer room.
**Volunteers for the check-in tables: There will be a mandatory info meeting led by the Chaplain’s Office Woodbridge Fellow Mallory Isburg on October 16 at 5:00 PM regarding using Eventbrite to check guests in.
Please come to our volunteer meeting for more details! Snacks will be provided.
