For many Hindus Diwali is synonymous with mouth-watering sweets we dream of throughout the year. Many are tooth-achingly sweet and a bit challenging to make. These 2 recipes are easy and not as sweet. Though you can always add more sugar, sweetie! My son Sunil is camera-man and Naveen is my sturdy side-kick.
This first recipe comes from Soni Sinha’s website and I have very slightly modified it. The laddoos will stay fresh refrigerated in an airtight container for about 4 days.

This second recipe is for kesari bath - a favorite of my father’s family which hails from Karnataka. The recipe is slightly modified from Hebbars Kitchen and the original can be found here.
My sons and I enjoyed making these videos for you. We send wishes of well-being, prosperity and sweetness on this Diwali from our family to yours!
