Join the Yale Hindu Students Organization for a Maha Shivaratri celebration in reverence of the Hindu God Shiva. It is also the wedding night of Lord Shiva and his consort Goddess Parvati. Unlike most Hindu festivals, which are celebrated during the day, Shivaratri is celebrated at night. More details about Shivaratri can be found by clicking here.

The puja is led by the HSO board members, you are welcome to chant along using the printed puja program.

This event is free and open to the Yale community; Please register here for more information and so we have an accurate count for dinner.
