The Yale Chaplain’s Office and Yale Hindu Students Council invite you to join us for the 13th Annual Diwali Puja on Monday October 16th at the Omni Hotel Grand Ballroom.

Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is celebrated throughout India and is one of the most important Hindu holidays of the year.

Our evening will begin with a 40-minute worship service (puja) led by the HSC Board. Guests will be asked to take a seat on the carpet for the service; there will be some chairs available for those who need them. The puja will be followed by a traditional Indian dinner.

This event is free however seating is limited. The doors will open at 5:30 pm and close by 6:15 pm. Please register via the Chaplain’s Office OrgSync page:  https://orgsync.com/150886/events/2091958/occurrences/5018886

Very limited on-site registration will be available that evening. Plan to arrive at 5:30 if you have not pre-registered.

Please bring your Yale ID for check-in.

We look forward to celebrating with you!
